OUR STORY
Whitlock’s Plumbing is a family owned and locally operated business. Harold L. Whitlock founded the business in 1981. Originally from West Monroe, Mr Whitlock hails from a family of plumbers, including his dad and both of his brothers. Mr Whitlock retired in 2001 but it is still a family run business with Harold’s daughters and son in law at the helm.
Whitlock’s Plumbing is proud to have an A+ Rating and be accredited by the Better Business Bureau. We are also members of the PHCC and Home Builders Association.
MEET OUR TEAM
Richard Rascoe
Richard has been with the company since 1985. Since Mr. Whitlock’s retirement in 2001, Richard has held the company’s Master Plumber License #3921.
Julie W. Smith
Julie began working with the company in 1992. She is responsible for the service/repair department and handles sales & marketing for the company.
Tonya Rascoe
Tonya left the medical field to begin working in the family business. She is responsible for new construction and administrative/personnel duties.
